Review for Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Here is a review of the Vitamin C Serum that we put together. This serum with 20% Vitamin C will last longer because it has Vitamin E and Ferulic acid added to it. The Timeless Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C serum helps build collagen and improve skin tone. This natural product has no parabens, making it an excellent choice for people with sensitive skin. ![]() There is a lot of hyaluronic acid and Matrixyl in the serum. Some of the ingredients in the Timeless Vitamin C serum aren't in any other serums.Ĭlassic skin care products are different form each other, and timeless serum is no different from each other. This is a blessing for skin with problems like sun damage, acne scars, and signs of aging. Now that my Timeless is running out, I’m in the market for a new vitamin C serum. I think with continual use of a vitamin C serum, a good AHA, and daily sunscreen I’ll feel good enough to skip foundation too! (And just wear a light pressed powder for coverage). I still have hyperpigmentation but it’s better than it was 3 months ago. Now, here I am writing this in month 3 with brighter and even skin that I feel confident with. So for me to skip concealer was a moment where I realized, ok this is making a difference! It kind of just hit me over night where my skin got to a point where I felt good enough to skip concealer and only use a light-med foundation. And for me, that’s a huge moment because I ALWAYS wear concealer I have hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, chin, and jaw. One day, as I was getting ready with my morning makeup routine I realized I didn’t need concealer. After one month, I wasn’t noticing much of a difference but I remember a moment in month 2 where I had a “ah-ha” moment. The funny thing about my experience with this Timeless vitamin C serum, is the slow but gradual improvement of my hyperpigmentation. I also enjoy mixing this in with my moisturizers. For me, I’ve used this every night and true to its claims, it’s lightweight and dries quickly to a non-greasy finish. My face immediately looks more toned & glowing. There’s no stinging or burning but I do feel a slight tight feeling (not drying). Because of the low pH of 2.4, I apply this after cleansing then follow with the rest of my skincare which have a higher pH (AHA, serum, moisturizer). I use 3 drops into my palm, lightly spread it on my hands, and then apply onto face by patting and spreading it all over. The rubber dropper allows precise control. ![]() It’s a clear watery liquid that smells like metal (it disappears after a minute). Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Ingredients: Water, Ethoxydiglycol, L-Ascorbic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Alpha Tocopherol, Polysorbate 80, Panthenol, Ferulic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Benzylalcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid. At a 20% concentration (pH level 2.4), this is one of the most potent vitamin C serums on the market! What’s great about this Timeless vitamin C serum is the high concentration of L-Ascorbic Acid which helps brighten uneven skin and build collagen. There are a ton of vitamin C serums out there but I came across one that hit all my requirements Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum ($25 for 1oz).Īccording to a lot of online reviews, this is a dupe for SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic serum ($165 !!!) so I was super excited to find something just as effective. I knew vitamin C is great for brightening skin and through some research I’ve found that L-ascorbic acid is one of the most effective form. As a result, I have random dark spots all over my skin. Having acne prone skin, I’ve been left with a lot of hyper pigmentation from past battles.
